We have a specialised dental hygiene team, who work with our dentists to meet the oral health needs of patients. They will provide you with a thorough clean and polish, as well as advise on periodontal (gum) health and preventive oral health care.

It is recommended to have your teeth cleaned before a whitening treatment to get the best result.

An appointment is required for you to come in and have custom trays made. We then supply you with instruction and gel for you to take home and complete treatment.

We can provide dental x-rays on request.

Our full examinations / check-ups also include dental x-rays.

We can repair a chipped tooth, usually with a filling. If a tooth has been severely damaged, it may require a root canal and treatment to get it back to its original colour. We will discuss these options with you on assessment of the affected tooth.

We can make and fit dental crowns in one appointment. We custom-make them onsite with the latest CAD / CAM technology. A crown is a restoration placed over a tooth to protect or strengthen the original tooth. Crowns are often recommended for heavily-filled, broken or root-filled teeth.

A tooth may need removed for the following reasons:

• Infection

• Orthodontic treatment

• Problematic wisdom teeth

Please note, some dental extractions can be more complex than others (e.g. for wisdom teeth) and may require an initial assessment, or x-rays.

We offer dental implants, when required, such as to replace a missing tooth, crown, bridge, or dentures.

An implant is an artificial root of a tooth, usually made of titanium or titanium alloy, which is surgically screwed into your jawbone.

A root canal treatment is often needed for a severe toothache, chronic infection, decay, deep fillings, fracture, trauma, or to save a tooth instead of removing it.

Veneers are custom-made shells that fit over your existing teeth to improve their cosmetic appearance. Veneers require an initial consultation with the dentist to work out the best approach.

We do not do dentures ourselves, but we can refer you to a denture technician.

A dental bridge replaces missing teeth, consisting of crowns (that fit over your natural teeth on either side of the space) and artificial teeth (that “bridge the gap” in your smile). A bridge requires an initial consultation with the dentist first.

We can fit night splints to prevent teeth grinding when you’re asleep.
